Seascape

Polruan is a working fishing village perched above the Fowey estuary, and Seascape commands views across the water from its hillside position. The house spreads across three levels with five en-suite bedrooms—a super king, three kings, and a double plus two singles—sleeping ten people. One well-behaved dog stays free.

The ground floor holds the main living space, with kitchen and dining area opening onto a balcony overlooking the harbour. Below that, a games room with pool table and a sauna for private use. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. Each bathroom has heated towel rails; most have shower cubicles, though two rooms have baths. There's a utility room with washer and dryer, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity come as standard. The rear garden has seating, a gas barbecue and bike storage. You can park five cars on the property. The house operates on air-source heat and underfloor heating, and is non-smoking throughout.
