Came in expecting the normal pleasent experience i normally get at xtreme instead I got a lovley welcome and a horrible jumping experience. I was stared at the entirety of my visit by a girl with medium build and brown hair in a high bun, I was stared and growled at the whole time of my visit and made to feel like I wasn't welcome. Other members of the group I was in noticed this without me even saying so. I wont be back and I highly recommend re training of staff.

Attended here for my child’s birthday party. No staff member checked in to see how things were going or if we needed anything. The managers attitude was very poor, he was extremely rude! The staff members seemed to just be having their own conversations rather than doing their job or serving paying customers. Not good value for money.

Had our third visit today. Staff go above and beyond. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the nuggets. Amazing to have such a great place in the town centre that caters for kids of all ages and there’s a big of an age gap between mines. They love the games machines too. Especially the simulator.

Booking form is awful and unfriendly to user. One mistake everything resets. This caused me to boom the wrong day. I managed to get this sorted to a 1.30 slot offered on the website. Arrived at the venue to be told a 1:30 slot did nit exist and ti come back 45 mins later. Not ideal. Dont think id take the kids back
