What visitors say
We had a lovely half day here. The house tour was excellent and well worth the money. Our guide Jeremy had so much knowledge and all imparted in a very friendly way. The grounds are beautiful and the outbuildings dotted around give great insight into Moore’s life. The larger out buildings and studios are gems. The cafe and shop are also lovely with nice food and good coffee!

A wonderful place to visit. Staff were very welcoming & informative, and had some good discussions with them about Moore. Went with two young children who were entertained throughout, able to run around the fields and touch the sculptures. There was a barn dedicated to education too, where children could create, sculpt & draw. All very accessible, the sheep field is a bit more rugged, but nothing too taxing. Ticket is an annual pass, but note that the studios are closed in winter months. You can get 25% off ticket price with an ArtFund card.

Glorious day might have increased the experience. Sunny and 21C. Lovely setting, mature trees, sheep and sculptures. Cafe, toilets and 4 studios to explore, modelling, plaster, marble, tapestry. Good selection to absorb over a large estate. Might be expensive but you do get good selection of sculptures.

Loved the time here, all staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are maintained to a very high standard and the sculptures are set out incredibly well.
