Greenbank Farm

Blackpool and the Fylde coast are a short drive away, and Forest of Bowland lies within reach for moorland walks. Lytham St Annes, about 20 minutes off, has a seafront with colourful beach huts, restaurants and bars; Kirkham, closer still, is home to Ribby Hall Village where day passes give access to spa facilities. The area holds four championship golf courses. Greenbank Farm itself sits in countryside, a single-storey property on its own with a private garden and wood-fired hot tub.

The layout is straightforward: one open-plan living space with a woodburner, smart TV and French doors opening to a patio; a separate kitchen with electric cooking; two bedrooms (one with a double bed and en-suite shower, the other with bunk beds); and a shared bathroom between them. A travel cot and high chair are available if needed. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The garden has seating and space, and there is parking for two cars.

The owners live next door with their children and pygmy goats. No smoking is permitted in the property.
