Hoole Summer House

Hoole Summer House is a single-level detached property with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private hot tub that seats six. Everything happens on the ground floor, including the open-plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and all three bedrooms—each with a kingsize bed and its own Smart TV. One bedroom has an ensuite; the other bathroom includes both a bath and a walk-in shower. The essentials are covered: wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, a lawned garden has furniture and a sitting area overlooking the grounds. There is parking for three cars and a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not allow smoking.

The cottage sits within an estate near Elswick, between the Forest of Bowland and the Fylde coast. A fifteen-minute walk reaches two pubs and an ice cream shop in the village. Kirkham and Poulton-le-Fylde, with restaurants and shops, are around fifteen minutes' drive. The coastal towns of Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes and Cleveleys are roughly twenty minutes away by car.
