What a shame about the constant noise from both the M6 and the railway line. The M6 never stops and is noisy. The trains are noisier and continuous throughout the night. At about 4.30/5am on the Tuesday morning we were there ? A generator/ other fired up across the road and went on for circa 60-90 minutes. Had it not been for the noise I’d have been happy to give four stars. We had a pleasant welcome and the modest facilities are all adequate.

Great little certified caravan site, 6 pitches in total, everything you need, greeted by the groundsman who made us feel very welcome and showed us where everything was, pub just down the road, and Garstang is a short bus ride away which is definitely worth a visit.
