I booked this for me and my son for the half term and seen the rating/reviews afterwards so was worried, but there was no reason to be worried. My son who is 6 year old thouroughly enjoyed it. Negatives first, as others have stated it is too cold, even taking part it takes a while to warm up as it is so cold. I appreciate this needs to be cool for people on the trampolines, however it is uncomfortably cold. Dodge ball no longer exists, which is a shame. The price is on the higher side, but it is in line with other big trampoline parks ie, jump 360. You do have to wear/ purchase their socks, again not unusual as other venus do the same. On the plus side, there is so much to do here, there is a large section of various trampolines, basket ball, reaction walls, 3 foam pits and battle zone with another foam pit. For the older children there is a ninja warrior course and total wipe out. New to this venue is mini diggers I think it is was about and additional £5 for 40mins. We done this after trampolining and my son loved it, such a great way to finish the day. It is a sand pit with various remote controlled diggers/dumper truck. I think children under 6 may struggle with the controls. Overall this was really clean some areas looked really new, all the staff that i spoke to were polite and helpful. I did not eat there so can not comment on the food or prices and I had no issue with parking, but could see how it could fill up fast at busy times.

Never again! It was freezing and no comfortable seating to be found anywhere. Hard plastic seats around a table in sub/zero temperatures. Can’t do flips except on the ‘tumble tramps’ for safety reasons BUT they allow all the little kids to just run onto it. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d say the equipment is better suited to younger kids (upto 12) There were only around 10 kids in the entire building at any one time so they’re clearly losing custom. The waiting area is cold and unwelcoming. That, along with the temperature made the whole 90 minutes unbearable for me as a spectator. Oh and we TOTALLY skipped the briefing, which I thought was mandatory! My son didn’t stretch and injured himself in the first 20mins. I’m sure his would have been covered if he had been briefed.

Absolute disgusting, paid £130 for an hour just be told it was over after 30 mins, told us we needed to wait in the car park and not in the cafe. We came out and all workers proceed to vape outside while we wait for pickup, told 16 and 17 where tall enough for wipeout machine. Workers where miserable Definitely read reviews before coming an absolute rip.off

paid £130 for 1 hour. Went to go on the wipe out machine and got told a 16 and 17 year old wasn’t allowed on because they where too small to go on??? it says minimum age is 12 what 12 year old is that tall. we finished our session an went to wait in the cafe while we waited for pickup and got told we needed to wait in the car park. food and drinks where so overpriced and staff are miserable. stood there doing nothing then kicking us out 30 mins before our finish time absolute disgrace and needs shut down
