About Belle Vue Guest House
Belle Vue Guest House occupies a 1920s building that has been completely refurbished with a sharp, modern design while retaining plenty of its original character. The result is a four-star guest house that feels considerably smarter than its exterior might suggest, with six comfortable en-suite rooms available in twin, double and single configurations.
Each room includes fast Wi-Fi and has been finished to a good standard, and rates for twin and double rooms include breakfast, with pricing that makes this one of the better-value options in the town for guests wanting a proper cooked breakfast rather than a continental spread. The house is family-run, with the owners on hand to help with local recommendations.
Its location puts guests within easy walking distance of Glastonbury's high street, Abbey and market square, making it a practical base for exploring the town on foot. The combination of period charm, modern updates and central position has made it a popular choice with returning visitors, particularly those attending the town's festival and solstice events.
What guests say
Room was spotless apart from a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Breakfast was lovely but a tad limited - one choice of cereal, a plate of fruit given but no yoghurt offered. Tracey was chatty and accommodating.

Nice small hotel for a easy trip Breakfast offers a variety of choices, and the host is very warm and hospitable and will provide guests with detailed information about Glastonbury's local culture, food and transportation.

My wife and I stayed here early November and had a very enjoyable stay. The b&b is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre, a short walk from the Tor. Also it's only a short drive from RSPB Ham Wall and the other Avalon nature reserves, we took a taxi there thanks to our hosts taxi recommendations. The room was spotless, a really comfy bed and modern feel. Breakfast was brilliant and our hosts Mick and Tracey were helpful, polite and great to chat with. Will be looking to stay again next year!
