About The Old Oaks Touring Park
The Old Oaks sits on Wick Farm, a working smallholding just outside Glastonbury with a scenic 1.5-mile footpath leading straight into town. It's an adults-only park, and that absence of children brings a genuinely peaceful, unhurried atmosphere to the spacious grass and hardstanding pitches, many of which look out towards the wooded slopes below Glastonbury Tor. The site has earned national award recognition and holds a rare 4.9 rating from guests, who consistently praise the immaculate washrooms, helpful owners and tranquil farm setting.
Pitches suit tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans, with metered electric hookup available and a choice of standard and larger super pitches. For those without their own kit, cedar lodges, shepherd's huts and glamping cabins offer a more comfortable alternative. A self-serve bar, fishing lake and network of farm walking trails give guests plenty to do without leaving the site, and dogs are welcome throughout. The combination of adults-only calm, genuine farm surroundings and easy walking access to the Abbey and high street makes this one of the more distinctive touring parks in the South West.

What a lovely site. Can not recommend this enough. Lovely big pitches with gravel, grass and trees, could get 4 campervans on 1! The facilities are modern, clean and have everything you could need. The honesty bar with pool table, dart board and games was a nice touch. The pizza from the visiting truck were very tasty. We will certainly be returning! Thank you to the hard working, friendly team 💕

Just meant three days at this campsite. I have to say this is one of the best campsite I’ve ever stayed at in the UK probably Europe so far. Facilities were clean and tidy and beautifully decor. Also, the pictures were immaculately kept. A wonderful place to bring dogs and go for some beautiful walks. I have to say also the people in reception will spot on really warm really welcoming and a really enjoyable time. Hundred percent recommend this place look forward to coming back.

100% The best campsite by a royal mile.! We've been coming here for 12-13yrs+ and love it here, every time we visit the place is pristine, clean, and immaculately kept... the communal facilities look brand new every time we visit, the owners attention to detail is superb... lovely friendly staff nothing is too much trouble for them always go the extra mile... its a great base to explore but if you wanna relax, the peace and quiet here is second to none... can't rate this place highly enough.. just come and see for yourself....

First stay here and although expensive, would definitely like to stay again. From start to finish we were well looked after. The site is spotless, the facilities are spotless and very nice. Good size pitches, we stayed in The Birches and Top Oaks. Food vans of different types every night. Breakfast van every morning. Lounge to sit, play pool, darts or watch TV while having a drink, snacks. Good stocked shop. Lovely staff, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Perfect location, with lovely walks all around.
