About The Glastonbury Townhouse
The Glastonbury Townhouse occupies a handsome Edwardian building with far-reaching views across the town towards the Mendip Hills, and has built a strong reputation as one of Glastonbury's better four-star bed and breakfasts. Its elevated position gives several rooms genuine views over the rooftops, and the house retains much of its original period character alongside modern comforts.
Three room types are available, from a Garden Twin with two single beds to a Garden King and a Superking room able to convert between a large double and twin configuration, each with tea and coffee-making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served each morning and is consistently highlighted by guests as a highlight of the stay, with a full cooked option alongside lighter choices.
The house sits within comfortable walking distance of Glastonbury Tor, Chalice Well Gardens and the town centre, and free on-site parking is a genuine advantage for a town where street parking can be limited. An airport shuttle service is offered for those arriving from Bristol, and the owners are known for detailed local knowledge, particularly useful during the busy Glastonbury Festival and solstice periods.

What guests say
Me and my wife stayed there for the Valentine's Day weekend. Paula was an excellent host. She have welcomed us with a complemeary bottle of prosecco for Valentine's Day. The room was modern, clean and well kept with a great view over the beautiful long garden. The full English breakfast was one of the best I have ever had with sausages and bacon sourced from the local butchers in town. We will definitely return to this brilliant location. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to stay with free on site park parking and excellent service throughout.

Had a wonderful stay. Paula and her husband were lovely hosts. Freshly made eggs with salmon for breakfast, cannot start a day better than that! The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. They were kind enough to let me check-in early. It was my first time in Glastonbury. Will definitely be looking to stay there again, once I go back there.
