A restaurant and bar on site give guests an easy option for evening meals, alongside breakfast to set up a day of sightseeing, at Premier Inn Glastonbury. The hotel sits on the edge of town at Moorlands Enterprise, with free on-site parking and free WiFi throughout its 82 rooms.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and drinks available in-room, with family and accessible rooms also on offer across the hotel's three floors, served by a lift. What guests say
Hello. I have to say I was disappointed with this Premier Inn. I've stayed at many Premier Inn hotels before, but this one in Glastonbury felt like a much lower standard. The room was nothing special, and the surroundings were quite depressing – with caravans and an industrial area nearby, it didn't create a pleasant atmosphere at all. Breakfast was also disappointing. The quality of the food was poor, and most of it tasted as if it had been cooked the day before. The only real positives were the lovely ladies at reception and the friendly staff in the restaurant. They were welcoming and did their best. However, for a Premier Inn, I expected much better. I paid £100 for this stay, and honestly, I could have found many better options for the same price. Unfortunately, these things happen. I hope you'll make some improvements soon. Best wishes.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, helpful and pleasant reception and restaurant service. Room was clean. Great shower! The chocolates in the room were a lovely touch! Only issue was a funny smell in the room (like pickled gherkins!). Would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights in Glastonbury, disappointed with room. Very basic, it’s the first time in a hotel or BnB where no shampoo and conditioner was provided. Also the room hadn’t been cleaned well, skirting boards had coffee spillage. Bed comfortable and staff helpful

Very disappointed. Outside a line of scruffy unkempt caravans on the road parallel to the hotel at its entrance and rubbish/fly tipping in the area around the hotel. Inside, hotel is very tired, room was ok but carpet dirty and bathroom in particular the toilet was unclean on arrival with "residue" on the underside of the toilet seat and the back of the toilet lid. Two people in the room, one bath towel each and only one hand towel between us. We had to ask for more towels and were told it was standard premier inn policy- not heard of that before. No cleaning detergent smell during or after the requested clean on arrival. No bleach or other detergent used in the toilet from what I could tell at any time during our stay. They do not clean unless you ask. We asked and had to specify exactly what areas of the room we wanted cleaning. One bed was made, the other just left. Toilet still appears unclean after twice being "cleaned". We are fine with basic but bathroom/toilet should at least be clean and this was not. Beds were ok, sheets and pillows fine. Hair dryer quite good and fantastic mirror. Shower- water was luke warm in the morning. Location short drive or 20 minute walk into town. Local to supermarkets so not a bad location. Free parking. I would not recommend or stay again due to cleanliness particularly the toilet.
