We had one of our best annual camping trips with my family here. Ruth and her family are fantastic hosts. The breakfast rolls and café on site are a great addition and made it really convenient. I forgot to order firewood one night when we were a bit later back than expected and Ruth had already messaged me to say she'd put some out for me. She's on the ball and always on hand to help. Lovely clean site and very good facilities. All in all, every box ticked. Highly recommend. Thanks Ruth and family.

We had our first family camping trip here and all had the best time. We were so impressed with thr facilities, all so clean and plenty of loo roll, washing up liquid and even fridges! Amazing. But Ruth was amazing, such a friendly welcome and seemed to be everywhere all the time, we booked a firepit, wood and breakfast rolls with her which was lovely. Thanks I think we'll be back. Sophie

Very flat and large camping area with all pitches allocated around the edge of the field. Reception offers hot beverages and food, although we did not use the offering as we have our own facilities. Ideal for campers. BBQs on site . Good sized field for activities Toilet and shower facilities nice and clean with plenty of hot water. Washing facilities excellent. Staff very friendly. Perhaps clearer instructions would help as to where to pitch your unit with more visible pitch numbering, the grass hid the pitch number.

Our 3rd stay at Elmwicke & it just gets better every time!! Superb facilities, gorgeous scenery and wonderful owners! Ruth & Jonathan can’t do enough to make your stay perfect, very accommodating and we can’t wait to come back! Cafe is a terrific addition for a quick bite on the go! Perfect location for an overnight stop on the way down to Devon or Cornwall! See you again soon!
