Gravesend sits on the Thames, but pull back into the surrounding countryside and you'll find Harvel House Farm, a substantial property designed for groups who want genuine space to spread out. Eight bedrooms across three floors accommodate up to 16 people, with five bathrooms distributed so queues needn't happen. Pets stay free, and the whole place is yours alone—no shared facilities, no other guests.
The layout gives you real choice about how to spend your time. Downstairs holds a games room with pool table and dartboard, a cinema space with smart TV, a second living area, and a kitchen equipped with both gas and electric ovens plus an Aga, so serious cooks can actually cook. Upstairs, bedrooms range from doubles to super-kingsize beds, most with their own ensuite. Heating, electricity, wi-fi and bed linen are covered. The garden has a hot tub for six, a firepit, gas barbecue and children's play area; parking fits six cars.

Just went for the first time with my friend and my 1 year old. Such a lovely place. Staff were lovely and very helpful with my son. My son absolutely devoured the adults The Dirty One omelette. Didn't have a cake but they looks delicious. Definitely worth a trip!

Newly refurbished We visited for a brunch today. My partner had a panini and I had the breakfast. She really enjoyed hers. Mine was delicious and well cooked. The waitress accidently bought me thecwrong toast but corrected the error without me asking and left me the other toast for free. A good tasty sausage great bacon, only criticism, yolks weren't runny, but thats a minor issue. Ordered Rwhites lemonade but got sprite. No huge issue. What astonishingly clean toilets. Newly refurbished busy cafe at lunch on a Wednesday, well worth the visit.
