A separate toilet and upstairs shower room complete the facilities. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there is parking for two cars on site.

The enclosed grounds are the real draw: a sitting area with garden furniture, a gas barbecue and firepit for evening gatherings. The property sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the North Downs, making it popular with walkers and cyclists heading to the nearby Country Parks, or those visiting Cobham's National Trust properties. Meopham and its surrounding villages are a short drive away and offer country pubs, farm shops, and a mix of independent restaurants and takeaways. Cyclopark, a multi-sport centre with a skatepark and children's play area, is ten minutes' drive. One dog stays free. The grounds have steps, and smoking is not permitted.
