Came to visit from Newcastle while seeing family in Cumbria. No booking needed which was handy and also the only one locally that was open until 2 on a Saturday which was a life saver! £6.50 each child which was very cheap compared to what we pay back home. Can’t comment on the drinks or food as I never got anything. A little different to how things work compared to the other soft plays. With them being 1&2 years old I’m always under the impression that you can’t leave your child unsupervised especially on the big softplay (we did go on the one designed for smaller kids but after 30 minutes they weren’t entertained anymore) but they have no adult signs all over. Resulting in my 1 year old being picked up by random kids… so I went on the slide with her and ended up getting reminded of the signs. Like I said I’ve never had this issue before with other soft plays. Id rather be on the softplay with my child than for any of them to get hurt due to me not supervising them. First times for everything though! They had fun and that’s the main thing. Defo would come back and would recommend.

The worst soft play hands down we have ever taken our child to. Currently on holiday so visiting this place for the first time. Upon arrival we were told of multiple rules. My 2 year old was not allowed in the little soft play area as apparently he was too tall. He has just turned 2 and he is a lot taller for his age. He was also not allowed in the big area as that was for older kids and no adults are allowed there so we couldn’t supervise him. Bearing in mind it’s Tuesday 10am and place is not that busy. They are very strict about adults not being allowed in the soft play so you can’t supervise them and make sure they don’t break their neck. My toddler was sooo restricted with what he could do it wasn’t fun at all for us or for him. We ended up telling him „no, you can’t go there” every 5 seconds and we all know you can’t reason with a toddler. We have never had a situation before where he actually cried out frustration in the place where he is meant to have fun. On top of that they are very strict about food too. We just drove here 45 min and wanted to give him a snack like blueberries and banana but you are not allowed due to allergies. Only puréed food is allowed. I got so upset and was told I can have my money back but we tried to make the most of it for 25 min we were there and ended up just leaving with crying hungry toddler. I would not recommend this place! Please read other reviews too that also mention the draconian rules and extreme regulations. Never seen anything like it in any other softplays.

We had an absolute brilliant birthday celebration for our 4 year Old, nothing was too much trouble, went to many birthday parties before and now, best place in Workington by far.
