Barncroft Cottage opens into a generous living room on the ground floor, with a separate dining space and a kitchen equipped for full self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer among the essentials. Upstairs, four bedrooms offer sleeping space for eight guests: three have double beds with en-suite shower rooms, and a fourth double shares a family bathroom. Three bathrooms across the property mean no morning queues. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in your stay.

The cottage welcomes one pet at no extra cost. On-site parking accommodates four or five cars. A pub lies within a mile, and the location puts the coast and Lake District within reach for day trips. No smoking inside. The property is yours alone—not a shared house or B&B arrangement.
