What visitors say
Very unfriendly and poorly designed app and membership access. Download the app and log in and require manual access authorisation every time. Soft play: not very clean. stains on table and chairs area. Toilet stinks all along the corridor. 🤮 Gym: crowded, machines are packed and lack of mat area for stretching; really basic levels of equipment. Gym induction takes 24 hours to make your access available what a waste of time. Welcome back to pre-historical age. Swimming: pool and changing room are generally clean, but classes are packed within small number of lanes, some coaches just sign you off without standardised criteria. Staff: see if you're lucky, some are very helpful some are not bothered. Parking charged by council £1 for 2 hours so you pay for parking every single time you use any service.

Highly disappointed with the hygiene standards of the family rooms. I take my son swimming each week, I noticed not last week the week before that the baby change table had been left in a disgusting state (food left) & just generally dirty, obviously this is no fault of Parklands. However what I am disappointed in is the fact that when I arrived a week later the exact same things had been left there and now it has grown a fungus. I then made the manager on duty aware and the person he had sent to clean had left have fungus on the table so it wasn’t appropriately cleaned. We are putting young babies on this it is unacceptable. I pay money each week for my baby to attend swimming classes I expect the facilities to be regularly cleaned if nothing else.

Booked swimming online, happily took my money but no confirmation of the booking provided. Booking in the app still has "not paid" status. You would imagine offering customers a number to call for help staff would answer the phone. No matter what option pressed, the phone line will just ring for ages. I bet if I didnt give up, it would have kept ringing for eternity. Do better please.

Amazi g leisure centre, always try to keep up with cleaning and swi.mung classes, sitting is less so better arrived measly or sit outside swimming area. You get combo deals if you are having monthly subscription. Friendly staff, busy so have some patience at times.
