Room cost very overpriced!! Room very dark & dull. Carpet not cleaned properly Whole room needs major update TV control didn't work so couldn't use TV 2 cups provided, but I asked for 2 glasses & was told they do not provide any glasses???? Fire safety on bedroom door unreadable Bathroom in grim condition. Located on busy main road, so very noisy traffic. Bedsheets clean Towels clean. Not a hotel I would recommend

Receptionist charged wrong price and instead of waiting until the following morning she knocked on the door 14 times in the middle of the night demanding payment. Place was fairly clean but a very damp like smell.no heating in the room and toilet flush was not working.spoke to manager and still no call back so not great service

This was my first stay since the change in hotel management, and I must say it's been a great transformation! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, and the whole place seemed more inviting. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything one might need. Will definitely stay here again to experience even more changes they are making!

Grim and most definitely not worth the money we paid - even paying half the price would be too much. No bar, no lounge area, view from room of overflowing bins, holes in quilt cover and sheet, dreadful mattress, broken drawers, shower was hopeless as had to kneel down! No working extractor fan, TV didn't work and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. To top it off the fire doors were never shut and were propped open with fire extinguishers. Breakfast was "cold" breakfast. Couldn't wait to move to a proper, professional hotel! Which worked out cheaper as it included full English breakfast
