What visitors say
Visited couple of times in last few months and have mixed experience. Bowling is good and same for other booked events like escape room or laser tags. Arcade games are ok but sometimes game just doesn't work after inserting coins. Bad part is waiting time for assistance and ordering food/drinks as that takes long time and multiple follow ups. During last visit there were only 2 staff at booking+ drinks counter and you spend good 20+ mims out of your bowling time for just ordering the drinks.

Bowling brilliant beers terrible. Soft play, arcades, pool and more also here. Would love to bring the kids back and thanks for being open until 12 at night.

We went to the 9:00am soft play session on Saturday, and even though we were the first ones in, the mats were already messy with quite a few that were ripped, exposing wood and foam underneath, which feels unsafe. What’s frustrating is that this problem was there three weeks ago when we came and still hasn’t been fixed after raising this with staff.

Brilliant evening. Lovely member of staff named Kyle served us. He goes the extra mile to help everyone and dealt with everything we needed during our visit. We will definitely return soon.
