Beach House

Walking through Beach House, you arrive into a ground floor that spreads generously across living and kitchen-dining space. Three bedrooms occupy this level, each with its own ensuite, alongside a shower room with walk-in cubicle and grab rails. The kitchen is built for cooking at scale, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and microwave. Upstairs holds three more bedrooms—two doubles and a twin—plus a full family bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. A games room here has table football and a PlayStation 2. Throughout, the house works for mixed-age groups: children have entertainment, adults have proper cooking facilities, and movement between rooms is straightforward.

The setting is the draw. Dunes rise directly behind the property, with a private gate leading onto the beach itself. Front and rear gardens are enclosed, with seating areas and enough space for groups to spread out. Parking for up to 12 cars sits on-site. One well-behaved dog stays free. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The village of Great Yarmouth lies within walking distance, with shops, fish and chip shops and a pub nearby; Bure Park is also close by. No smoking is permitted indoors.
