Periwinkle Cottage

Periwinkle Cottage is a thatched cottage built to accommodate larger groups in the heart of Winterton-on-Sea. It sits within walking distance of the sandy beach, the village post office and shops, and a pub. The building combines period character with practical modern facilities throughout.

The ground floor contains a spacious living and dining room with an electric woodburner and French doors that open to an enclosed garden with patio and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking anything from casual meals to larger gatherings, with an electric cooker, range, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms serve the four bedrooms upstairs: two with kingsize beds and two with single beds each. The property sleeps eight and comes with heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. There is parking for two cars, with additional on-road spaces available. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

The enclosed back garden provides private outdoor space, and there is step-free access to the front door. Non-smoking throughout. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
