Beachman's Cottage works well for families wanting a seaside base, or groups of up to six needing space to spread out. The three bedrooms—one with a king-size bed, two with doubles—sit upstairs, with a family bathroom and separate downstairs toilet. Downstairs, the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave for proper cooking; the dining room opens through French doors to the garden. The living room has a TV and electric wood burner for cooler days.
The real draw is outside. An enclosed back garden holds a summerhouse with a bar and seating, a gas barbecue, garden furniture, and enough space to sit out in any weather. There's parking for one car on site, with additional street parking available. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage is within walking distance of Caister-on-Sea's sandy beach, the Lifeboat Museum, and the village's cafés, restaurants and shops. No smoking inside.
