Beachside House is a four-bedroom property near Great Yarmouth town centre, sleeping up to nine people across a king, two doubles and a bunk room. Families and larger groups will find enough space to spread out—the ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, utility room with washer and dryer, games room, and a shower room; upstairs are the four bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. One well-behaved dog stays free, and the enclosed back garden has sitting-out space and a barbecue for family gatherings.
The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included. You'll have private parking for three cars and the whole property to yourselves—useful if you're juggling bedtimes and different schedules. The beach is within walking distance, which is worth planning around if you're bringing a dog or young children. The house sits near The Prince pub, so you're not isolated from the town.

We booked to stay here to visit family, we had driven 6.5 hours to get there. On arrival a little confused with parking tried to get hold of host but not able to. I then tried to make a cup of tea to realise no kettle, still couldnt get hold of host. I managed to track one down to then take a mouthful of tea that tasted awful. Then saw the milk was out of date in januaury. My 5 year old unfortunately had a nosebleed, sadly onto the pillow. I then took him into shower him off to then realise there was no showerhead and no way for us to have one. I was also on my monthly and couldnt shower. The fridge is very noisy and the room wasnt very clean. Im normally not a person to complain but could not get hold of anyone to try and resolve any issues. We had to leave and seek out another b and b to stay so we could have a shower and better service. I tried to be reasonable and requested half a refund to which they refused. What sort of b and b doesnt even provide the basic necessaties. Would never book here again, very disappointed.

Brilliant location so close to the beach front. Staff member was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and good condition. Comfy beds .Good price per night also. WiFi available, very handy to have a clean mini fridge. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a 2-night stay well in advance, and 15 minutes before we were due to arrive I received a call saying there was no light in the room. Initially, they said they would book a room in a nearby hotel, but then changed their mind to say that they would refund our original booking, and then we should book another room ourselves. I agreed that I wouldn’t mind doing this, because the staff sounded frazzled and despite being on the motorway with little internet connection, I thought it would be easier to arrange our alternative accommodation myself. I’m not giving 1 star because the staff on the phone did sound very apologetic, but I was surprised that they only checked the room was suitable for guests 15 minutes before our arrival… not sure what that says about the management 😂

Incredible hosts, front the minute we arrived we were greeted by the host who was so accommodating and lovely. There was added perks to the room itself with little complimentaries, a little box of things you may have forgotten, which was really sweet. A helpful guide of what too do in yarmouth. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was lovely. They literally couldn't do enough for you. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again in the years to come.
