The beach and grassy dunes lie a short walk away, while the town centre with its pubs, restaurants and shops is equally close. Caister Golf Club and the racecourse are nearby, and the greyhound stadium hosts stock car racing through summer. Ryan's Traditional Fish & Chips is within reach for something quick, or you can cook in the kitchen, which has an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine.
Dune Cottage sleeps seven across three bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double, and one with a single and bunk beds (the top bunk is for children). There is one bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet. A private hot tub in the enclosed garden seats six. The back garden has furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available for two cars. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included. One dog can stay free of charge. No smoking indoors.

Loved my first stay at Sand Dune Cottages. Perfect location close to Sand Dunes, beach, town for shops, pub, fish & chips. Cottages are excellent quality, everything you need. Lynette is friendly & helpful.. booked in for next year.

Perfectly designed and equipped cottages in a stunning quiet location right on the dunes with wonderful views and a 30 second walk to the beautiful dog friendly sandy beach. Lots of cafes, take aways, pubs and shops in walking distance as well as excellent public transport into Great Yarmouth. Lynette is the perfect host and will keep you informed and looked after throughout and I can see why so many people return each year. The site is kept meticulously clean and tidy. Top tip- bring plenty of pound coins for the electric meter!

A gem of a place. Highly recommend! Lovely cottage, stunning views, quiet and amazing for wildlife I.e deers. Frequent visitor and love it.

Absolutely loved our first stay at Sand Dune Cottages, so much so whilst there we booked for 2026. Next year we will book for 2027 and so on. The owner, Lynn could not be more accommodating and keeps the cottages and grounds super clean and pleasant. I would 100% recommend, just don’t book when I’m trying to go as I don’t want to miss out. 😃😃
