Glebe Cottage stands within the grounds of West Caister Parish Church, a Grade II listed building, on half an acre of landscaped gardens shared with the owners. The cottage itself is detached and entirely on one floor, with a living room, kitchen-diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the other contains two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave—while the living room opens via French doors onto the gardens. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car on site. The cottage is a 15-minute walk from Caister-on-Sea village, with the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants about a mile and a quarter away. Great Yarmouth itself is a 10-minute drive. Walkers can head directly from the front door into the Norfolk countryside, and the Norfolk Broads National Park is within reach for boating and exploring. No smoking is permitted.
