The Roost

The Roost is a converted barn in West Caister, set back from the Norfolk coastline with views across open countryside. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate eight guests across two floors—one bedroom and a shower room sit downstairs, making the layout flexible for families or groups where stairs are a consideration. The ground floor opens into a single living and dining space with a kitchen fitted for proper cooking, including an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and wine cooler. A wood-burning stove provides warmth. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one super kingsize, one with twin singles, and one double.

The property is yours alone. Outside, an enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area backs onto open land, and there's parking for four cars. The private hot tub, screened from view, sits in the garden. One dog stays free. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The property sits close enough to reach sandy beaches and the Norfolk Broads by car, while West Caister village has everyday shops and services nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside.
