High Garden

High Garden works well for families, groups and couples wanting to spread out without stairs. The entire property is on one level with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. One well-behaved pet can stay free. The open-plan living and dining area has bi-fold doors that open onto an enclosed rear garden with patio, where a private hot tub for six sits ready to use. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics are there. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included.

Bedroom one has a super kingsize bed and its own ensuite shower. The other three bedrooms offer a double with single, bunk beds, and a kingsize respectively. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Underfloor heating runs throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger children. Three cars can park on the property. The house does have a natural water supply via borehole. Smoking is not permitted. Great Yarmouth's beaches and attractions are nearby; this is a good base for a coastal break where you can cook together and use the outdoor space.
