Camped for 2 nights with 2 toddlers and a teenager. Very awkward being across 2 sights luckily we were close to the club house but I can’t imagine theirs enough facilities to support both in peak season and is a very long walk along a country road. Especially given the dance floor was barely 2 metres wide and couldn’t be seen much with all the tables and chairs around it. The entertainment team were enthusiastic and gave a good show. I was surprised the park playground gets locked at night at around 8-8:30pm a staff member came to escort everyone out. We choose not to try the swimming pool given other reviews and seeing how old the reception was and un hoovered carpet and the general standards around the park, decided to swim at the marina freedom leisure instead. The ground is very dry and hard for camping on and was set up around the tourers/caravans so that’s expected. A very helpful worker cleaning the grounds helped advise us when we arrived to set up. The facilities for camping were basic and just about bare able, they don’t look deep cleaned just quickly wiped twice a day so expect lots of sand/mud from surroundings. Everything was just abit dirty and had to try a few toilets/showers before finding the most clean one but wasn’t too comfortable. The arcade was small but enough, ideally down the clown/basketball/air hockey or more games would go down better. We wanted to enjoy the restaurant and eat on site and were prepared to pay more as it’s on sight but even the prices were too high and £1 or so more then you’d expect to for example starters were around £8.50. We ordered some loaded fries and a burger which was surprisingly very nice though. The outdoor pool looked good but didn’t use it, the mini golf course looked very outdated. It was good enough to enjoy for only 2 nights for a cheaper price accommodation and easy 15 mins drive to Great Yarmouth sea front but we wouldn’t return quickly or at all.

To All the Entertainment Team at Parkdean Resorts, Braydon Water, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for making our 14-day stay so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, you made us feel incredibly welcome. Your enthusiasm, energy, professionalism, and friendliness have made our holiday one to remember. It’s clear how much hard work goes into keeping everyone entertained, and it certainly didn’t go unnoticed. All three of us have thoroughly enjoyed every moment we’ve spent here, and you’ve helped create so many wonderful memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time to come. We sincerely hope to see you all again on a future visit. Until then, keep doing the fantastic job you do—it really does make a difference. With our heartfelt thanks and very best wishes,

Decent little park in a great location, great for dog walking with many dog friendly places in the area. We booked a 1bed, dog friendly caravan and were pleasantly surprised with its cleanliness and roominess. Lovely little details in the caravan for dogs, see pics. Only thing I’d say is if you weren’t aware - it’s based on 2sites, with the indoor pool in the different village which is about 10mins walk away. No stress there for us but would’ve been better if more clear upon booking. Also worth noting dogs can’t go in the show bar - again, not a problem for us as we were mainly using the caravan as a base and were pleasantly surprised generally. Overall, great location, good value for money and clean rooms. Just some unclear parts, such as the advertised gym in the map where I was advised they shut last year. Would recommend!

Booked a last minute weekend away at Breydon Water over half term with the wife and 3 kids and my beautiful assistance dog 🐕‍🦺. We have never been to Breydon Water before. Our Bronze Caravan in Yare Village was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor Pool and Waterslide was fantastic, great musix and good fun and bar and entertainment were equally great. It's a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the stunning Norfolk Broads and you can walk along the River all the way to Great Yarmouth if you have the legs for it (4.5 miles), past and through the Roman fort and then through the wooden walkways past the reedbeds and along the Angles Way path, fields filled with herds of horses and cattle. Stunning sunsets across the Broads with picturesque windmills and countryside and abundant wildlife especially birds including owls and waders. Its also just 15 mins from Great Yarmouth beach and the quieter Gorlestone beach where there is free parking, a beautiful sandy beach and a little water park for the kids. All in all a great weekend away in a lovely quiet site which was not too big or overwhelming. Staff were really accommodating and understanding with my assistance dog too and the price was a bargain. 10/10 all round 👍
