We booked for a weekend stay. Although the room was a little small, it, and the ensuite, were very clean and had all you'd need. The bed was very comfortable ensuring we both slept well. What makes the B/B is Dale the owner. He's helpful and very friendly, chatting away whilst he cooks breakfast - which is tasty and plentiful. We'd have no hesitation in recommending staying here for both its situation and owners hospitality.

We booked in very last minute over the phone and we got Room 8. Despite it being on the top floor, the size of the room AND the bathroom was really good. Bathroom had a separate bath and separate shower which I loved. We were welcomed by Dale and he was lovely and friendly. Gave us all the information we needed and told us about the hot spots. It was a 2 minute walk to the hotspots and beach. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed our veggie option, along with choices of fruits, cereals etc. Lots of stuff for the kids to eat too, we were all well fed. We were served by Christina was lovely and very funny also. Made us feel at home, relaxed and was quick with the service. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a budget hotel. Keeping that in mind Dale is lovely and kind. Christina was a lovely and warm host and breakfast time and everything felt homely. The rooms were clean clean comfy and with a fridge, microwave, drinks, a kettle and the location is great.

It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Fridge in room! Great location Fast wifi Lots of free parking Nice breakfast Not so positive: Some of the bedding and towels may be due for a renewal but plenty were provided.
