Ivy Cottage

Great Yarmouth's village centre sits within easy reach of the seafront, and Ivy Cottage places you perfectly between both. The beach is a two-minute walk away; the California Tavern and local shops are directly opposite. The cottage itself is built for groups: four bedrooms sleep eight, split between a ground-floor double with shower room and three upstairs rooms (two doubles and one with a double and single bed), sharing a bathroom with bath and shower.

Inside, two separate living spaces let everyone find their own corner—a front room with woodburner and dining table, and a rear sitting room with French doors opening onto the enclosed garden. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, air fryer, dishwasher and the rest; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The garden has patio furniture and a secure space for children and pets to play. Parking is provided for two cars on site, and there's a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free.

This is family territory—the sort of place where you can cook proper meals, dry wet swimming things and not worry about disturbing neighbours. No smoking indoors.
