Lily Broad Cottage suits couples, small families or friends after a low-key Norfolk break. The whole place is yours, arranged on a single ground floor level with two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles), each with its own ensuite bathroom. The open-plan living space has a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a separate dining area and a sitting room with Freeview TV. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is included: bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi.

What sets this place apart is the private hot tub in the enclosed lawned garden, which fits four people. There is garden furniture and parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog can stay free; the garden fence is three feet high, so larger breeds may find it low. Smoking is not permitted.

The cottage sits in the quiet village of Rollesby, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads National Park and within reach of sandy beaches on the east coast. Walkers and cyclists can pick up the Weavers Way or National Cycle Route 30 locally. The Broads villages of Potter Heigham, Horning and Wroxham—where you can hire boats, eat by the river or visit attractions like BeWILDerwood—are a fifteen-minute drive away. Great Yarmouth seafront and its amusements are eight miles off.
