Bedrooms range from kingsize and super kingsize to twin beds, and two have en-suites; a shower room serves the rest. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included, and travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available for younger children.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a Smart TV and Netflix, while the kitchen is well equipped for cooking—two electric ovens, five-ring induction hob, air fryer, wine cooler and coffee machine mean you can cater easily for a crowd. A separate games room has a pool table, air hockey and darts. French doors from the sun room lead to the enclosed rear garden, which has seating, a barbecue and a private hot tub for six. One dog can stay free; the property provides a welcome pack and doggy extras.

Parking for five cars is available on-site. The location is near Repps Service Station. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
