Roanne works well for families or groups wanting a full house to themselves, a short walk from Gorleston-on-Sea's beach and promenade. The house sits half a mile from the seafront, with sandy beach and walking or cycling routes along the promenade. Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Fritton Lake and Oulton Broad are all nearby for days out. Norwich's cathedral, castle and museums are an easy drive inland. The nearest pub and shops are three-quarters of a mile away. One dog is welcome. The property has gas heating and electricity included, along with bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Note that there are steps between the kitchen and garden, and the stairs are steep and narrow.
