Room was nice,clean and spacious. Comfy bed and really appreciated the small fridge. Close to shops, beach and bus station which was ideal for me as I visited a few places in Norfolk. The hosts are welcoming, lovely and accommodating. Will book again.

What a lovely little b&b this was. Five minute walk to the beach and joyland and not much further into town. Sue and Trevor are amazing hosts and the breakfast was perfect. They were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely with big bay windows and was spotlessly clean, we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Sue and Trevor

Was a bit worried because the price was cheap, I thought it was gonna be a run down B&B. I was impressed, it had everything you need for an overnight stay, the rooms were big and they cater for kids. We even had a sea view. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice and the full English set me up for the day. Highly recommend this place if your visiting the seafront... Pretty much on your doorstep.

Went to Silverstone for the night with my 2 children. Room was a place to rest our heads for the night. Very clean, comfortable & just what we needed. Quite, warm, very clean. Breakfast wow! I was so impressed. (I get nervous with new places, will it be clean? Will the food be cooked right?) Well i didn't need to worry. It was the best fry up I've had. The coffee was beaut not cheap. Orange juice (offered top up without asking when finshed) my son loved the fry up also & my daughter had a bacon sandwich filling with lots of bacon. Both enjoyed the buffet selection. Host was very polite & friendly. Managed to park right outside for free. 5 min walk to seafront. Great location for seafront, arcades & shops. Definitely would recommend & return ourselves Xx
