This is a very difficult site to review. There is nothing fundamentally with the facilities, site upkeep or the staff. But, its location is problematic, the racecourse is an eyesore and that eyesore is backed onto a fairly undesirable housing estate. It’s a shame Yarmouth is very nice.

Wardens are very welcoming and polite. The site is well laid out and spotless. The toilet block is absolutely brilliant and very clean.

Superb spotlessly clean facilities wardens very helpful.Don't try watching the races whilst in the car park you will be asked to move jobsworth steward who was up his own backside. Don't be put off staying on race days as it causes no problems.
