My mum and I had such a wonderful stay here. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a warm smile and a beautiful fragrance. This immediately gave us a good impression, and in all the b&b's we've previously stayed in- we have never come across a lovely smelling one like this! The outside looks beautiful too, the lights and water fountain add a special touch. The building itself is clean and neat, the fish tank on the staircase was lovely and this added feature made it feel homely. Our room itself was modern, comfortable and most importantly...clean! The mini fridge was handy too. The bedding felt soft, extremely fresh and clean, which is hard to find in b&b's. Shower worked perfectly. We had our own private external bathroom, which felt more hygienic compared to an on-suite- but there is also a little sink in our room with towels which was handy. We didn't have breakfast as we were too busy- but the menu looks lovely, as does the dining room. Location is perfect, we had a sea view. Very local to the beach and main shopping street (Regent Road) and very close to plenty of arcades, which were good to pop in before returning in the evening. We had a lovely stay and shall return.

I was made to feel very uneasy with everything I did by the host Breakfast, Christmas dinner, they way I came down the Stairs ( iv got Rheumatoid arthritis an both hips done) down to early for Breakfast. An was talked about behind my Back then to other Guests.
