What visitors say
Centrally located in st helier, with ample parking nearby. Air conditioning was working, which was fantastic on a hot day. All amenities available including hot and cold drinks, as well as all the other foodstuffs (hot dogs, nachos, popcorn) that you'd expect. Friendly staff as well, which is always nice.

Had such a lovely experience at Jersey Cinema. The staff were genuinely so kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they actually care about customers and creating a good atmosphere. It’s rare to come across customer service that friendly these days, but everyone there was polite, patient, and approachable. Made the whole experience even better — definitely one of the nicest places to go locally.

Around 6 staff members when entered not one hello. Refused to swap my money for coins dor my son to use the machines. Was not allowed to use toilets until showed purchase of ticket. Also film meant to start at 6pm. Cinema is empty and 20mins late film still not shown. Currently sat in the cinema
