Aberkin Farm - Dwyfor

Aberkin Farm – Dwyfor is a bungalow on a working farm in rural Gwynedd, within reach of Snowdonia National Park and the Llŷn Peninsula's coastline. The whole property is yours alone: two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a wet room, all on the ground floor. A wood-burning stove warms the open-plan living and dining space, which opens onto the kitchen with a full set of appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Bed linen, heating, electricity and wifi are included.

The farm sits 500 yards from the coast road and roughly a mile and a half from Criccieth's sheltered beach and its shops and pubs. The rivers Dwyfor and Dwyfach flow to the sea at the farm's boundary, and the area draws walkers, sailors and golfers. Ample parking on site accommodates standard vehicles, caravans and boats. The property has wheelchair access throughout, and smoking is not permitted.
