Awel Haf
Gwynedd

Criccieth sits on the Gwynedd coast with a working castle overlooking the town and sand stretching along the bay. Awel Haf occupies an end-terrace position right in the centre, close enough to walk to the beach, the castle and the cafés lining the seafront. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king, a twin and a bunk room. There is a ground-floor wet room and an upstairs bathroom that opens onto a large decked terrace with glass panels, outdoor furniture and sea views across the bay.
The living space downstairs combines a sitting area with dining room, plus a second snug with exposed stone walls at the rear. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A private patio with BBQ sits at ground level, with bike and board storage; stairs from here lead up to that main terrace, which serves as the real heart of the property—a place to eat breakfast, nurse a drink or simply watch the light change over the water. The cottage is for your sole use and does not allow smoking.
Days here work around the immediate seaside routine or further afield: Abersoch, Portmeirion and the scenic railway are all within reach. On-site parking means you can leave the car once you arrive.
