This end-terrace cottage dates from an era when Criccieth was developing as a seaside destination, and it retains the solid character of that period. The building sits on a steep hill, with the living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. Large windows frame views across the bay towards Cardigan, and the enclosed garden and patio provide a sheltered spot away from the coastal winds.
Inside, the accommodation comprises three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds, one with bunks), a shower room, and a combined kitchen and dining area with an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. The living room has a TV, DVD player and gas fire. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The property sleeps six and takes one pet, free of charge.
The cottage stands on road parking and opens directly onto Criccieth's village street, where shops, pubs and restaurants are within 50 yards. The beach is the same distance away. Castell Cricieth overlooks the village, Snowdonia National Park lies inland, and Portmeirion and the Ffestiniog Railway are within reach for day visits. No smoking inside.
