Beach Vista Apartment 3
Gwynedd
Beach Vista Apartment 3 occupies the second floor of a contemporary building in Barmouth town centre, a minute's walk from shops, pubs and the railway station. The living and dining area looks out over the beach; both bedrooms also have views across the bay towards Cardigan Bay. One bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), the other two single beds (3ft). The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer—and there is a bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A parking permit for the public car park 200 yards away comes with the booking; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The golden sands run directly opposite the apartment. Beyond the beach itself, the area is known for serious walking—Cader Idris overlooks the Mawddach Estuary nearby, the Mawddach Trail and Taith Ardudwy Way are close at hand, and Snowdon can be reached in under an hour. Cyclists head to Coed-y-Brenin, an internationally recognised mountain biking centre 20 minutes away. The Cambrian Coast railway, one of Britain's most scenic routes, departs from Barmouth station. Harlech Castle, a World Heritage Site, is also within reach. The apartment does not allow smoking.
