During Winter months the Log burner will be set for arrival and a starter pack including firelighters, kindling, logs, and coal will be supplied. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Note: Beach Towels not provided. Ample off-road parking for 2 cars. A large Grass laid Garden surrounds the whole property. Bike/Water sports equipment storage available in the garage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, and beach 2.1 miles. Note: The Property is accessed by a number of stone steps and has a very natural uneven terrain which would make access for those with limited mobility unsuitable. Note: This property does not accept children under 13 years old due to Everhot stoves throughout. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: The Cottage features an original Crog Loft giving reduced head height in part of the Living room; Due to Health and Safety requirements guest access to the Crog loft is prohibited.
