Rural Gwynedd surrounds Bryn Eithin, a detached cottage on the fringe of Snowdonia National Park. Single-storey, recently renovated, and set back from a quiet lane, it offers four guests a private base among open countryside with views across the landscape. Parking for up to four cars sits on the property, and a lawned garden with patio extends around the building.
The ground-floor layout keeps everything accessible: an open-plan living and dining space with woodburner and TV, a separate kitchen equipped for cooking, and a sun room overlooking the gardens. Two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles via zip-and-link—connect to a shower room and separate toilet. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; the woodburner has initial fuel provided. A garage holds a washing machine and bike storage. No smoking throughout.
The location suits walking holidays and exploration: Snowdonia's peaks and paths start nearby, sandy beaches on Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula lie within reach, and Caernarfon's castle and shops are accessible for days out. The village shop and pub are roughly 4 miles away; the nearest beach, around 5½ miles.
