Bryn Gwalia

Bryn Gwalia is a substantial Victorian house built into Criccieth's seafront hillside. Arranged over three floors with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it sleeps ten and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. The ground floor contains the main living spaces: a sitting room with stone fireplace and wooden floors, a separate dining area, and a conservatory overlooking the garden. Two bedrooms have their own shower rooms; the remaining three share a family bathroom. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits off the main hallway.

The bedrooms vary in size and aspect. Three are doubles; two have pairs of single beds. Heating, electricity, bed linen and wifi are included. The house has on-site parking and access to a large enclosed garden with mature apple and pear trees; one well-behaved dog is welcome. Be aware there are steps within the garden and steep stairs inside the property. Criccieth's two Blue Flag beaches lie directly below, reachable on foot in minutes past the castle. The town centre, with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, spreads along the seafront and surrounding streets.
