Hoot House

Hoot House is a three-bedroom property sleeping six in the heart of Eryri National Park, Gwynedd. The ground floor combines living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen, a games room with table football, and a conservatory. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with access to a separate shower room. A third bedroom downstairs has its own toilet. The property comes with bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating included, plus private parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue.

Walking is the main draw here. Dolgoch Falls lies just over two miles away on foot from the house, while the Quarryman's Trail explores old slate quarry workings with wide views across the surrounding hills. For serious hikers, Cadair Idris is within reach. The Talyllyn Railway, a heritage steam line, runs from Abergynolwyn station a short drive away, connecting to Tywyn and its beaches; the walk along the sand between Tywyn and Aberdyfi covers roughly four miles on a good day. A pub sits less than half a mile down the lane. The property does not accommodate children under five years old and is non-smoking throughout.
