Min y Traeth (By the Beach)

Min y Traeth suits families and larger groups who want direct beach access without leaving the house behind. The property sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a kingsize and ensuite on the first floor, and on the ground floor a further kingsize with ensuite, a twin, and a bunk room. There are three bathrooms in total. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included, heating and electricity are covered, and parking for two cars is on site.

The first-floor living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting areas flowing together—useful when you're cooking while others unwind. A Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker are there if you want them. Outside, decking with seating for eight and a barbecue overlook the beach. The back garden has steps and some unfenced boundaries, so worth knowing if you're travelling with small children. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The location puts you within reach of the Llŷn Peninsula's coastal walks and villages, with the beach itself just yards away for immediate access to sand and sea.
