Minallt is a stone cottage with character to spare, its rooms connected by steep stairs and defined by beamed ceilings and original stonework. It sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double on the first floor, a single, and two singles on the top level, served by a single bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor holds a living and dining space with a woodburner and Freeview TV, plus a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker for self-catering. One small dog stays free of charge.
The cottage sits in a quiet corner of Nefyn village, within reach of the beach on foot. A pub and restaurant stand 200 yards away, and the celebrated Ty Coch Inn—famously positioned on the sand at Porthdinllaen—lies just over a mile off. The Llyn Peninsula's wider attractions include Plas yn Rhiw, the Whistling Sands, and Pwllheli's market. Those interested in heritage railways will find the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland lines near Porthmadog. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; a washing machine is housed in a shed, and the garden has seating and furniture. The property has four steps in the garden and steep internal stairs.
