Rural Gwynedd puts you between mountains and coast—Caernarfon's castle, Snowdonia's peaks and sandy beaches all within reach. Owaun Cottage sits in this landscape, a single-storey property sleeping six with views towards Anglesey and the high ground beyond. The approach and main living areas are largely step-free, making it accessible for mixed-age groups and those with mobility concerns.

Inside, the open-plan living space centres on a wood burner, with French doors onto a patio for outdoor meals. A separate study gives extra space, equipped with a pool table and games. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering; three bedrooms comprise two king-size doubles (one with its own shower room) and a twin, plus a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with bed linen and towels. Private parking fits three cars.

The patio leads down to the garden in a couple of steps. Nearby are walks across farmland and moorland, cycling routes through the valleys, and a drive to Dinas Dinlle or Black Rock Sands for beach days. No smoking throughout. There are animals on the wider site—a resident cat among them—so take care at the entrance gate and be considerate of neighbours in the evenings.
