Bay View is a tall Victorian property built to accommodate large gatherings, with seven bedrooms arranged across four floors and seven ensuite bathrooms. The layout means bedrooms are distributed throughout the house rather than clustered together—a practical arrangement for groups wanting some separation. Five of the seven bedrooms have kingsize beds; the remainder offer either single or bunk configurations. Travel cots, highchairs and a stairgate are available if needed. No smoking is permitted inside.

Ground floor living centres on a bay-windowed room with ample seating, a woodburner, and views across towards the bay. A second reception area has a smart TV and table football. The kitchen comes equipped for cooking proper meals—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker—and opens to a dining space. A separate ground floor toilet adds convenience. Outside, a back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture provides additional space; bikes can be stored in the dedicated store, and there is on-road parking. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog stays free.
