Rhinog Fach

The Ardudwy Way walking route runs practically past your door in this quiet corner of Gwynedd near Llanbedr, putting miles of countryside within immediate reach. The coast is a short drive away, and the village itself sits between mountain and sea—the kind of landscape where you can spend a week moving between ridgelines and beaches without exhausting either. Getting here means navigating narrow Welsh lanes, which is part of the arrival ritual rather than an inconvenience.

Rhinog Fach is a two-bedroom static caravan sleeping four, with everything on the ground floor. The main space combines living room and kitchen, with a gas cooker and hob for proper cooking; a shower room and two bedrooms—one double, one with two single beds—complete the layout. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included, plus Wi-Fi if you need it. There is parking for one car on site and a sitting-out area with a firepit and garden furniture.

The property is set in genuinely quiet surroundings, the kind where you notice birdsong and wind in the trees rather than traffic. No smoking inside. The narrow lanes that protect the peace also mean you're genuinely away from day-trippers and crowds—useful if what you came for was actual solitude rather than the idea of it.
